Telehealth is the ability to engage in real-time video consultations with your provider.

NO REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All payments made to Vermae Telehealth are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • By booking services, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing a program/package, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made after this time will result in forfeiture of your payment.
  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
  • Credits/Transfers: Payments are not transferable to other individuals or future services unless explicitly stated in writing by Vermae Telehealth.

PAYMENT & FINANCING

Vermae Telehealth does not accept insurance and cannot provide cash-pay services to individuals covered by Medicare.
