Your first visit with Vermae Telehealth establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During your first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information about your medical history and give you time to get to know your healthcare provider.

PAYMENT & FINANCING

Vermae Telehealth does not accept insurance and cannot provide cash-pay services to individuals covered by Medicare.

PRICING

  • 15 minute free introductory call (This is a no-cost, no-obligation phone call to help determine if the services offered meet your needs. The approach will be explained, and what you are looking for will be discussed briefly. This is not a medical evaluation or a diagnostic session)
  • Pathways to Affirmation/GAC Discovery (includes intake evaluation, basic labs/interpretation, and treatment plan discussion) $300 (then $159/month)
  • Testosterone Root/Cause Discovery Session (includes intake evaluation, basic labs/interpretation and treatment plan discussion) - $400 (then $225/month)
  • Hormone Harmony Root/Cause Discovery (includes Intake evaluation, basic labs/interpretation and treatment plan discussion) - $400 (then $350/month)
  • Metabolic Reset - 3 month package (includes 2 visits/month, weekly check ins, labs, GLP-1, other peptides/supplements if needed)

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the healthcare provider has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help to relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Please have a list of your medical history, any surgeries, current medications and allergies.
