Telehealth is the ability to engage in real-time video consultations with your provider.
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. A $15 deposit will be charged to your card upon scheduling your appointment. If you keep your appointment, this amount will be applied to the cost of your visit. If you are a No Show for your appointment, you will lose this deposit. You will receive your deposit as a credit to your card if you cancel your appointment with at least a 24-hour notice.
